We will be operating for limited hours from 12pm-8pm.
The benefits of breath work and meditation practices are many and profound, yet most people become disenfranchised with their practice as they feel they're failing when they're not achieving the supposed, or promised, results.
The Hybrid Format
So much of the benefits of breath work and meditation are lost because we are not given the foundation, or the purpose. The Online portion gives you these so you can practice as much as you like prior to the InPerson course. Meaning your time spent InPerson is much more effective as you have a solid foundation of why we are practicing and how it can be tailored to suit you.
In this short course you will receive;
3 x short sessions giving you the essential tips to sit, breathe and meditation foundations.
3 x 2hr sessions where we refine our methods and answer all sorts of questions that come up from your practice of the online component.
