Breath & Mindfulness Immersion

Beyond the postures of Yoga resides the practices which draw us closer to the Truest Intention of Yoga - connection with our SELF.

This Immersive is exactly that... an immersion into your deepest self.

Using the tools of Pranayama, as breath and energy distribution, while being guided by a highly skilled and observant teacher (Geoff), set in a nurturing and supportive environment. The goal, to achieve Peace Within.

An Immersion in Bali and into Self

Yoga and its practices are shown to reduce stress, provide us with coping strategies for trauma, as well as lowering blood pressure and relieving anxiety. This is especially true for the practices of breathwork, as Pranayama, and mindfulness,as meditation techniques. 

In this Immersion set amongst idyllic nature, and sweeping panoramic ocean views, you will learn and practice techniques which allow you to embody the sense of self nurture and relaxation. It is designed to incorporate intermittent fasting (a substantial brunch being your included meal) in order for your body to release more than physical tension, by relieving itself of unneeded excesses. We advise high fluid uptake to flush the system and detox the digestive tract.

Daily Schedule example
  • Morning Sadhana of Breath and Mindfulness

  • Brunch (included)

  • Late Morning Workshop (either breath and/or mindfulness techniques)

  • Lunch ( at your expense*) until mid afternoon (free time for sauna, ice bath, poolside relaxation or nearby beach, or cafe)

  • Evening events vary, between guided meditations and gentle somatic awareness sessions

Salty Prana Retreat Center

A new retreat space on the Bhukit region of Bali, away from the densely built up areas of Ubud, Sanur, or Canggu, nearer to Uluwatu. The rooms are luxuriously appointed and facilities are brand new, including pool, panoramic scenic views, sauna and ice bath. And, of course, there is a comfortable relaxation area and two separate Yoga studios, one enclosed and air conditioned, the other open planned, with both commanding elevated ocean views.

Rooms are either;

  • Share rooms of 2-3 people

  • Couple rooms

  • Single Occupancy.
